- Providing resources for students and faculty including outreach, advocacy, counseling, and networking.
- Having a helpline/aid services to report cases of misconduct anonymously or for supportive purposes.
- Promoting LGBTQ+ friendly greek life.
- Using gender-inclusive language in all communications and signage.
- Increasing available housing, restrooms, health services, resources, and locker rooms.
- Holding LGBTQ+ friendly homecoming and prom events.
- Motivating students to express themselves and enforce any dress code related regulations equally regardless of gender.
- Sponsoring more student organizations that support the LGBTQ+ community.
- Providing gender and sexuality inclusive sexual health services and education.
- Offering LGBTQ+ issue focused courses regardless of major.
- Holding awareness weeks/months.
